Background
We were asked to find a Manchester-based interior and home styling influencer to design and install a two-bed show apartment at The Gateway. We liaised with the influencer throughout the process, collaborated on content ideas and delivery, secured media interest and provided a detailed evaluation.
Approach
To generate immediate consumer interest and elevate Lovell’s presence in Manchester, we partnered with local interiors influencer Katie Gaskell to design and style a two-bed show apartment at The Gateway. We managed the full process – from sourcing the influencer and agreeing the brief, to guiding design direction and overseeing social content creation.
We also handled media engagement, created supporting written content, and delivered a ‘meet the influencer’ event to build further buzz. Throughout, we tracked performance, monitored social outputs, and presented a final evaluation highlighting campaign impact and ROI.
Results
The apartment sold for a higher price, covering the full fit-out cost. A second apartment sold during launch weekend, delivering a 1,930% ROI. Instagram followers grew by 5.5%, engagement exceeded industry benchmarks, and reach targets were more than doubled. The campaign also gained press coverage in titles like Ideal Home and Manchester World, with 100% positive sentiment across social media.
