Background
Lovell East Midlands needed to spark homebuyer interest in Balderton Rise. Our strategic paid social campaign built momentum pre-launch, reaching buyers and delivering 219 qualified leads in just three months.
With the Balderton Rise build underway, we rolled up our sleeves and laid the groundwork for successful paid social magic.
Approach
We kicked off a strategic, phased roadmap based on insight and purpose – starting with a sharp, awareness-first blitz targeting East Midlands based homebuyers. This initial push was all about warming up the right audience.
Then, with that spark lit, we re-engaged those convertible prospects, getting them to register their interest for the launch of the new Newark-based development.
Results
Our first act in the ‘catch, convince, convert’ show went live, securing great results out of the gate. During this first awareness phase, we reached almost 65,000 users, which we could then retarget and bring further down the purchasing journey.
We continued our mission to drive a high volume of leads for Balderton Rise within our ‘convert’ phase of activity. The number of incoming leads increased by 18% MoM, bringing in an additional 219 new prospective homeowners via direct form fills and website enquiries.
