Construction industry giant Tarmac partnered with us to assist with stakeholder engagement and local authority liaison as it developed former quarry sites across the UK, transforming them into much-needed residential and mixed-use developments. We worked on projects in Kent and Surrey. 

Reaching out to key politicians was a top priority – from Surrey local MP Kwasi Kwarteng, through to key decision-makers in the local boroughs. We created stakeholder mapping documents to aid vital communications with local people. We liaised with local authorities and set up effective PR, marketing and creative campaigns to support community liaison, public consultations and planning applications. 

We reached all our targeted stakeholders and representatives with great success. Community organisations were happy to engage with us and we achieved positive sentiment among local people through structured communications, tailored meetings and briefing sheets.
