As a director at Cartwright and head of the agency’s content team, Tom brings two decades’ experience across journalism, video and PR. He helps clients solve one of the most pressing business challenges in competitive markets: How to build visibility, strengthen brand authority and open doors with the audiences that matter most. 

Through content marketing, event hosting, interviewing and presenting, Tom develops content-led strategies that sharpen messaging, elevate profile and support commercial growth. He has particular experience across the built environment, including construction and property

Tom’s highlight of 2025 was the sheer volume of events he hosted, including Pagabo’s pavilion at UKREiiF, the Uniting Nottz roundtable series and SLR Consulting’s FLINT roadshow – not to mention more than a dozen webinars throughout the year.
