Two directors from full-service marketing agency Cartwright are set to host a series of panels featuring top construction industry figures at UKREiiF – the UK’s biggest built environment conference.
Annie Brafield and Tom Snee have been named as moderators in the pavilions of Cartwright clients Willmott Dixon and Pagabo respectively, hosting 15 sessions over the three-day event.
Both specialists in the property and construction sector, Annie and Tom have been regular attendees of the event since it launched in 2022, as well as representing Cartwright at MIPIM in Cannes since 2017.
Annie will chair nine panels for national contractor Willmott Dixon in its pavilion at the event in Leeds, including sessions on urban regeneration, net zero and the Building Safety Act.
Annie said: “UKREiiF brings together the people and conversations that are shaping the future of the built environment, so it’s a real privilege to be chairing panels on some of the industry’s most pressing topics. Willmott Dixon is driving meaningful change across regeneration, sustainability and safety – and I’m looking forward to helping it share those stories with such an influential audience.”
Tom made his compering debut at the event last year and will reprise his role as host of the Pagabo Live pavilion alongside additional duties on the Loop Social Value Matters stage.
Tom said: “Having presented the online version of Pagabo Live since the start of last year, it’s great to be bringing the sessions to an in-person audience once again, with the additional excitement of three further sessions on social value with Loop. UKREiiF has become a real fixture in our Cartwright calendar, so we’re honoured to continue our association with it for a fourth year and represent the agency on a national stage.”
The annual event – which is hosted at the Royal Armouries – connects real estate investors, developers, and industry leaders with the aim of promote sustainable investment opportunities. This year’s edition is set to be the largest ever, with more than 13,000 delegates registered to attend.
